  1. How can I purchase a script or service?
    Simply go to the Order page, choose the product you want to purchase and click on the "Buy Now" botton. Please be sure you have access to your PayPal email address, because we will send all order information to your PayPal email address.
  2. Is your script encoded and am I able to modify the design?
    Only one PHP file is encoded (For license protection). This will NOT affect the option for you to modify the design. With a little html or css knowlenge, you can easily modify the design to your needs.
  3. Would you install the script for me on my server/hosting?
    Yes, we will gladly do it for you. Simply purchase our script installation service and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

  4. I need some modifications to your script code or design. Do you offer such service?
    Yes, we can modify the script you have purchased from us. We provide this service at a very reasonable price. If you need such service, please contact us with a detailed description.
  5. I want to have other videos sites added to my script. Can you do this for me?
    Yes, we can integrate every video site to the script. The only requirement for this is that the video site provides searchable RSS feeds or API. You must provide us the searchable RSS feed or API URL of the video site, you want to have integrated to the script. If you don't know the required URL of your prefered video site, please contact the video site regarding this issue. If you need such service, please contact us with the searchable RSS feed or API URL of the video site, you want to have integrated to the script.
  6. When will I get my purchased product?
    If you have purchased a script license, you will get your download info usually in less than 24 hours after your order and successful payment. You will be informed per email about your order status. If you have not received your email with the order information within 24 hours, please contact us.
    In the case you have ordered a service, we will contact you within 24 hours.
    IMPORTANT: We will always use your PayPal payment email address to contact you.
  7. Which methods of payment do you accept?
